Blue Networks and Technology currently operates from its office on Charles St, North Perth.  The company employs a combination of full time system and workstation engineers with excess work and specialist skills sourced from subcontractors. Functionally the team operates in two groups.

The on site team is responsible for:

  • Systems Administration (e.g creation and deletion of user accounts, setting of permissions)
  • PC builds (build of new PC and notebook systems)
  • Provision of workstation technicians (PC and notebook servicing)
  • Server health checks and maintenance
  • First level helpdesk (manning of full time helpdesk)

The off site team is responsible for:

  • Provision of system engineer resources
  • Server implementation and large projects
  • Consulting
  • Second level troubleshooting
  • Systems Integration
  • Product Evaluation
  • IT Management

Service Desk Facilities

Blue Networks and Technology currently operates a full time helpdesk between the hours of 8am and 5pm weekdays.  All calls logged with the helpdesk are recorded in the company helpdesk.  Service agreement clients have the option of logging calls via:

  • Email
  • Helpdesk web login
  • Telephone
